New Partnership launching in 2026 with CEPIA
On Oct 10, 2025, Ready to Empower(RTE) was proud to announce CEPIA, a leading nonprofit in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, as the recipient of the 2025 Ready Empowerment Program Grant™. CEPIA was selected for its proven impact, strong community presence, and shared commitment to empowering women through mental health initiatives.
Founded in 2005, CEPIA is a Costarican nationally accredited non-profit organization that has been dedicated to promoting cultural development, educational and employment opportunities, physical and mental health, and social cohesion for individuals living in vulnerable conditions across Costa Rica. The organization currently supports over 3,000 children, teenagers, and adults annually through nine comprehensive programs. With the Ready Empowerment Program, CEPIA will expand its impact by implementing a women-centered initiative that strategically addresses the mental health needs of women in the Guanacaste region.

Past Partnerships:Ready to Empower’s founder Amanda Ready & Karen Jara, a Costa Rican Psychologist worked together to create the NGO Árbol de Esperanza (Tree of Hope), based in San Ramón, Costa Rica. Árbol de Esperanza serves as Ready to Empower’s first partnership. Over 12 years, Ready to Empower and Árbol de Esperanza worked together to implement the Ready Empowerment Program to women in the community, providing empowering support to encourage independence and hope.
