Ready to Empower's 2025 Annual Report highlights a transformative year of strategic growth, innovation, and impact. Throughout the year, we strengthened our programs, expanded partnerships, launched new initiatives, and advanced a more sustainable model that will allow us to bring mental health and empowerment programs to even more women and communities in the years ahead.
2025 Key Highlights
New Partnership with CEPIA – Selected CEPIA in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, as the new implementation partner for the Ready Empowerment Program, introducing an innovative co-funding model that reduces annual program costs by approximately 60% while expanding long-term impact.
Launch of Ready EmpowerED™ (RED) – Successfully launched our mental wellness and resilience program for schools and organizations. In its first year, RED exceeded revenue goals and established partnerships with schools, universities, and community organizations.
Growing Global Impact – Continued supporting women through our partnership with Destined to Empower Women (DEW) in India while expanding access to mental health and empowerment programs worldwide.
Building a Sustainable Future – Diversified revenue streams, strengthened partnerships, and developed a long-term strategy to reduce reliance on donor funding while increasing our capacity to serve more communities.
4,500+ Lives Empowered – Since our founding, Ready to Empower has empowered more than 4,500 women, students, educators, parents, and community members through mental health support, resilience education, and community partnerships.

In 2024, Ready to Empower celebrated a decade of impact—10 years of transforming lives through mental health support and women’s empowerment. With the incredible support of our donors, volunteers, and partners, we reached new heights and laid the foundation for an even stronger future.
Major Milestones and Highlights
Launched Ready EmpowerED, a mental health and professional development initiative for educators and professionals, helping fund our mission sustainably.
Expanded our global presence and forged new alliances with the U.S. Embassy, United Nations in Costa Rica, and other key stakeholders.
Honored to ring the NASDAQ Closing Bell in celebration of our 10-year anniversary.
Hosted our first in-person event since COVID-Keys to Empowerment, raising $12,600

We transitioned away from our long-term partner Árbol de Esperanza with deep gratitude, and we now look to bring our Empowerment Program to new communities around the world. With sustainability at our core, we’re preparing for broader impact than ever before.
2023 Annual Report
For Ready to Empower, 2023 has been an incredibly fulfilling and productive year, filled with key achievements and impactful projects. We focused on several key initiatives that have significantly enhanced our reach and impact.
Key initiatives:
Launched new Salesforce data collection project to collect donor and volunteer data in addition to our Empowerment Program impact numbers
Refreshed our Empowerment Program curriculum and built a new leadership curriculum
Created the operational processes for onboarding new partners
Launched a new brand look and feel
Created a strategic 3-5 year plan
These efforts have strengthened our foundation and positioned us for even greater success in the future. And, one of our proudest achievements in 2023 was our impact on women in our Empowerment Program. We provided over 610 women with free mental health support, life skills training, and job coaching.
