October 10, 2025 – Ready to Empower (RTE) has selected CEPIA, a nonprofit based in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, as the recipient of the 2025 Ready Empowerment Program Grant. Through this partnership, RTE will bring its women-centered mental health program to the region, providing funding, training, and mentorship to expand mental health support for women and families. Together, RTE and CEPIA aim to create sustainable, long-term impact by empowering women and strengthening communities in Guanacaste.

On February 15, 2024, Ready to Empower was thrilled to be chosen to ring the closing market bell at Nasdaq. This event marked a significant milestone for us as we celebrated our 10-year anniversary of empowering women. We were honored to share this momentous occasion with our dedicated board members and volunteers, whose unwavering support has been instrumental in our journey. We are thrilled to announce that Olivia Skiffington has been awarded the 2023 Empowerment Award in recognition of her outstanding volunteer efforts! Olivia has been volunteering with Ready to Empower since 2019 and her dedication to giving back is truly empowering! Her passion for making a positive impact to help the women and communities we serve is truly remarkable! . Ready to Empower had over 200 people donate this year. We raised over $10k more than our target goal of 50,000! This generous support keeps our Empowerment Program going to provide mental health support, life skills,  human rights education and job coaching for women to empower themselves. We are so grateful for all our donors and volunteers' support  for making this happen!!
