The Ready Empowerment Program Curriculum
Developed by mental health therapists and shaped by more than a decade of experience, our curriculum draws on psychoeducational and psychotherapeutic practices. It complements individual and group therapy through reflection, discussion, and practical skill-building.
The Curriculum Focuses On:
Building emotional resilience and healthy coping strategies
Strengthening self-esteem, confidence, and personal agency
Developing healthy relationships and boundaries
Understanding women’s rights and self-advocacy
Prioritizing mental, physical, and reproductive health
Increasing knowledge of sexual health and personal safety
Reflecting on personal growth and sustaining progress
Mental Health Is the Foundation for Empowerment
Through more than a decade of working with women, Ready to Empower learned that access to tools and opportunities alone is not always enough. Without a strong foundation of mental wellness, women may struggle to make use of the resources available to them.
The Ready Empowerment Program™ addresses that foundation. By combining therapy with practical education and support, the program helps women strengthen their emotional well-being, build confidence and resilience, exercise greater agency, and pursue new possibilities for themselves and their families.
“I wake up wanting to live, I am a completely new person”
“The Ready Empowerment Program’s mental health support helped me find meaning in life. I can face difficulties in life and can now focus on learning new skills like sewing and pursuing my dreams of running my business. This program changed my life and I am extremely grateful for that.”
