​On May 22nd we were proud to celebrate the women graduating from our partner organization’s programs in Costa Rica! Your ongoing support let’s us provide women with the tools needed to become self-reliant! These women have been equipped with various skills and tools that will allow them to become self sustainable and non reliant on charity. None of this would be possible without your support! CONGRATS LADIES!!

​On May 4th we were joined by RTE supporters and sponsors in the race to empower women while celebrating our Founder’s birthday at Vintage Lounge and Restaurant. Supporters came decked out in true Kentucky Derby attire to see the race and place their bets all while raising thousands of dollars for the women in our program! Attendees enjoyed an open bar, dinner, live music, a wine pull, and a silent auction and got several opportunities to raise money for a great cause!

Women participating in our programs worked to empower themselves by selling their baked goods to become self-reliant! Invest into giving opportunities for women to work!

Several students at Pace Unviersity volunteered alongside our intern to help raise funds to continue empowering women! They sold handmade RTE jewelry made by the women participating in our programs in Costa Rica and helped raise awareness at the same time!

​We want to give a big thank you to Emma Campbell for her amazing contribution and generosity for investing into RTE’s mission and vision! We are speechless and in awe of your kindness! Emma’s passion for empowering women is inspiring, because of her support hundreds of lives will be impacted. We are truly honored to have her support!! ​Ready to Empower wants to thank Marzena Bossone for the lovely donations of essentials oils! We also want to thank her sweet little son for helping to pack all the oils in preparation for our founder’s return to Costa Rica. Her donation will contribute to our mental health program to help empower and heal women!

Ready to Empower sends a special thank you to a group of amazing International volunteers! Each volunteered used their skills and talents for 4 weeks to help support our sister organization Árbol de Esperanza! ​We are so excited for our new office space in Costa Rica for our sister organization Árbol de Esperanza! This office provides a much easier commute for participants and allows us to reach more women in need.

​Our partner in Costa Rica, Arbol De Esperanza hosted its first ever Paint and Wine Fundraiser! The women in our program got to enjoy a fun, relaxing night all while raising funds for ADE!

​Ready To Empower was invited and honored to join this wonderful event hosted by Westfair Communications, for the work we do to empower women! It was a great event where there were tons of women being honored and learning from one another.

Participants in our WFS program presented their products and business plan to the Founder of RTE, Amanda Ready during her trip to Costa Rica!

​Congrats to Silvia who graduated from the programs we offer in Costa Rica! She has completed the Work For Service program and is now running a home based business.

Students are planning to team with our flagships program in Costa Rica to empower themselves and others.
